Rome, the capital of Italy, is one of the most sought-after cities for travelers from around the world. The history and romance of this bustling city make it one of the most popular destinations in the world.

Rome is located in the central-western portion on the Italian Peninsula on the river Tiber. It was capital of Roman Empire with history of over two and the half millennia, and is known as “The Eternal City”. Rome attracts an average of 7–10 million tourists a year who come to see amazing buildings from ancient times as well as modern structures. Within city of Rome is located Vatican, the smallest independent state in the world.

Trevi Fountain

Trevi Fountain was build in 1762 designed by Italian architect  Nicola Salvi and is one of the most beautiful fountains in the world.

The Spanish Steps

Spanish Steps are linking Piazza di Spagna at the base and Piazza Trinità dei Monti. During summer they are covered with beautiful flowers.
