Joanne was born in Peru and lived in Peru and then Chile before eventually moving to the US to finish her college degree. Since then she has lived and worked in the USA, Europe and Latin America. With a BA in Business Administration and an MSC in Local Economic Development, she has work experience in local, regional and international development affairs.  Joanne is bilingual in Spanish and English with working knowledge in French, Italian and Portuguese.
